Soil Survey and Soil Map Unit Information for the SnapPlus 19 and 20 releases

For version 19, soil map unit names and classifications have been updated to correspond with October 2018 Soil Survey updates by the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). The Soil Survey information in SnapPlus was not updated for 2020.
